Set in the secluded village of San Sano, in the heart of the Chianti Region, this ancient tower has been carefully restored to offer a fusion of modern technologies and historic surroundings. Nestled amongst the gentle slopes of the Tuscan countryside, the tower, dating back to 1200, became a Tuscan governor’s mansion and through the years a hotel with only 4 suites, each decorated with antique furniture. Situated just 19 km from Sienna, and not far form Florence, the hotel is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday; San Sano is a medieval village, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Walking down its streets you can experience a way of life still dominated by the ancient rhythms of old rural societies. As a guest you can freely use the pool of a neighbouring hotel.
